Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • Use of AI in Generating Content:
    This policy is fluid.
    1. No more than 30% of content may be ‘pure’ AI-sourced, i.e., without human modification.
    2. All authors must have read every word of the submission.
    3. All sources must be cross-checked for existence and accuracy.
  • If not submitting for peer review, just check this box. If submitting for peer review, you hereby acknowledge the submission has not been previously published other than as a preprint or technical report (please supply link), nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in Microsoft Word, RTF, or print-ready PDF file format. Under the File menu, Apple Pages can 'Export to' MS Word and Google Docs can 'Download as' MS Word. Please use spell and grammar check.
  • Use a 11-point font, 1.15 line spacing and, if submitting for peer review, please number your pages. Use italics, but not underlining except for URL addresses. Place illustrations, figures, and tables in the text at the appropriate points rather than at the end.

Author Guidelines

Clearly disclose details of your usage of AI to research and compose your article: Which AI model was used for exactly which function, similarly to how you would disclose authorship responsibility across co-authors.

Submit an editable document such as Microsoft Word with Review capabilities. Be sure to label the version of your draft either by date or version number or both.

Abstract: maximum 200 words, font Times New Roman or Computer Modern, size 10, line spacing 1.15.

Article length: No limit but be concise. Usually shorter is better. "Murder your darlings," as an editor once advised. Font: Times New Roman or Computer Modern, size 11, line spacing in Microsoft Word, Multiple, 1.15. Use headings and sub-headings to organize content.
